Announcing: Deaf & Dumb Spirit, 2nd Edition
The 1st edition of this course was released in April 2003 as course #9.
The Healing School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the healing-school list. Various members of the leadership core will teach short courses on a topic relevent to praying for the sick and seeing God heal them.
Current Course:
- #34 Beginning July 7, 2008, guest instructor Todd Bentley will teach a 7 lesson series on
- "Deaf & Dumb Spirit" (Details about this mini-course are enclosed below. There is also a three-week introduction from Teresa Seputis discussing the current Lakeland Healing Revival, so the series will run for a total of 10 weeks.)
The series will continue beyond the announced course topics.

- This older series is "revived" because it is very pertinent to the Lakeland healing revival. This teaching series maintains Todd Bentley's original teaching on the Deaf & Dumb Spirit (released on GodSpeak in 2003 with permission from Fresh Fire Ministries.) In addition, it contains an 3-part introduction from Teresa Seputis of GodSpeak International, sharing her impressions of the Lakeland Revival, which she visited from June 11 to June 15 (days 71 to 75 of this revival).
Please remember that this teaching series by Todd Bentley was written about six and a half years before the revival broke out. But it contains principles critical to current Lakeland Healing Revival. Here is a summary of Todd's teaching...
Unbelief is the biggest hindrance to seeing God's healing power move in the North America and other Westernized Nations. Unbelief is more than just a cultural mindset -- it is a demonic spirit at work to hinder the flow of healing and healing-related miracles.
This teaching series will examine the role the Deaf and Dumb Spirit plays in foster unbelief. It will look at an interaction that Jesus and his disciples had with the Deaf and Dumb Spirit in a young boy. Finally it will give you practical ways to overcome the spirit of unbelief in your midst and embrace the faith necessary to see healings and miracles occur in your midst.
